Health

Conship believes that its staff is most productive when they are healthy. We have invested in health protection systems to ensure the health of all our team. There are first aid facilities and trained personnel in all our offices, yards, and vehicles. To provide immediate health service in emergencies. All our employees are covered under a broad health insurance policy to cater for their hospital needs whenever required. The investment in all these ensures that our staff are consistently able to deliver the maximum output to keep our customers happy.

Safety

Conship is a registered member of the British Safety Council and WASHEQ (West Africa Safety Health Environment & Quality). Our H.S.S.E. Manual and Procedures are based on the requirements of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, which set a clear direction for Conship to follow.

Organizing: A capable management structure and arrangements are in place for delivering the policy.

Planning: There is a planned and systematic approach to implementing the health and safety policy through an effective health and safety management system.

Measuring Performance: Performance is measured against agreed standards to reveal when and where improvement is needed.

These include Door Access Controls, CCTV, 24 Hour Security Personnel, Vehicle Tracking Systems to Ensure Cargo Safety, Burglar Proof Windows ANTI-TERRORISM: Conship has outlined procedures and policies to counter the threat of terrorism to cargo and staff. This is documented and is practised by all staff to ensure maximum security.
