We are proud to introduce our newly constructed ultra-modern warehouse located in the Free Zones enclave in Tema. This cutting-edge facility is designed to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and flexibility for our diverse clientele, reinforcing our commitment to delivering top-notch logistics solutions.
Our new warehouse spans a total floor area of 3,415 square meters, meticulously planned to provide optimal space and safety for cargo storage and handling. It features a two-floor office space integrated within the facility to ensure smooth coordination of operations. The warehouse’s construction boasts high-quality materials and is backed by impressive warranties a 50-year warranty on the building structure, a 20-year warranty on the floor, and a 10-year warranty on the roof. This commitment to quality guarantees the durability and reliability of the facility, providing peace of mind to our clients.
This state-of-the-art warehouse comes equipped with robust infrastructure to support diverse logistics needs. The facility includes two hydraulic loading ramps, a Caesar lift, and a sloping ramp designed to facilitate seamless forklift movements. The high ceilings and clear span design provide ample vertical space for stacking, while the energy-efficient systems ensure sustainable operations. The warehouse is further equipped with mega overhead doors, fire extinguishers, and a smoke alarm system, emphasizing safety in every aspect of its operations.
Our newly constructed facility adds to our already impressive portfolio of warehousing solutions. Conship operates a Container Freight Station (CFS) adjacent to our office in Tema, designed to enhance the efficiency of port operations by swiftly evacuating containers. As an extension of the port, our CFS handles all activities related to Customs clearance for imports, exports, warehousing, re-exports, transshipments, and more. Equipped with advanced IT infrastructure, 24-hour CCTV surveillance, and certified equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and weighing scales, the CFS ensures the safe and secure handling of all types of cargo, including Dangerous Goods (D.G.).
The CFS facility also features two dedicated warehouses:
Warehouse A: With a net internal floor area of 266.99 m² and a volume of 1,548.51 m³, designed for various cargo types.
Warehouse B(Customs Bonded Area): A larger facility with a net internal floor area of 347.26 m² and a volume of 2,014.08 m³, also designed to handle diverse cargo, including temporary storage for onward transit.
Both warehouses are supported by a specialized area for the inspection of Dangerous Goods, ensuring safety and compliance with international standards.
